REFUND & REPLACEMEMT POLICY

We want you to love your purchase.
However, due to the handmade & personal-use nature of candles, we only offer replacement/refund in the following cases:

Eligible for Replacement/Refund if:
 

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is defective

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video + photos as proof

  • Used candles are not eligible for return/refund

Process:

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the product, OR

  • Provide refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used candles

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper burning care
